The personal information I process is provided to me directly by you when you sign up to my newsletter via my website.
I use the information that you have given me to email you with my newsletter or news about my books, special offers, events or other information about my authorship. Your data is used only by me, or by people working with me. It will never be sold or used for any other purpose.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful base I rely on for processing this information is your consent. You can remove your consent at any time. You can do this by unsubscribing to my newsletter or contacting me directly by email at mail@heidiamsinck.co.uk
How I store your personal information
Your information is securely stored, with secure passwords that I change regularly.
I will keep your name and email address until you withdraw your consent by unsubscribing to my newsletter or request by email that I stop contacting you. I will then dispose your information by deleting fully your name and email address from my newsletter distribution list and email contacts.
Your data protection rights
Under data protection law, you have a right to object to me processing your data. You can do this by removing your consent at any time. You can do this by unsubscribing to my newsletter or contacting me directly at mail@heidiamsinck.co.uk
You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, I have one month to respond to you.
